Taste of the Bayou with Jodi October 16th, 7-9pm

Turn up the heat and let the good times roll! In this hands-on class you’ll dive into the bold, soulful flavors of Cajun cooking. Together we’ll master the dark, nutty roux that forms the base of a classic Chicken & Andouille Sausage Gumbo, learn the secrets behind perfectly spiced Cajun Shrimp Skewers, and roll out pillowy Beignets dusted with powdered sugar.
